Welcome to Wellness with Bliss

There are three basic components:

1.) "Your Wellness Tips" - daily email messages: These are short and sweet, intended to inspire and motivate balance, self-care, and wellness. When something new is added to the site, a link to the new information will be included in the email.

2.) Wellness web site: On this site you will find regular updates, tools, and tips for making the most of the energy within yourself. As concepts and tools are used in a coaching session, they will be posted to the website for the benefit of all. This way, you can benefit from coaching either directly in your sessions or indirectly as you read the new articles on the web site. Explore the five sections of the site:

Definitions of Wellness:

  • An active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.
  • Wellness is an interactive process of becoming aware of and practicing healthy choices to create a more successful and balanced lifestyle. 

Definition of Health

As officially defined by the World Health Organization:

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being,
not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.


By this definition , health is a fleeting moment in time when the next human frailty has not yet come to fruition. After all, we are mere mortals. Almost everyone has had some illness or condition, from deviated septum to athlete's foot, from a cold to fallen arches. Health is too narrow a goal for which to strive.

Instead of health, we will work toward wellness, where we embrace the total human condition and strive toward improving ourselves and our world in a holistic way.
