Welcome to Wellness with BlissThere are three basic components: 1.) "Your Wellness Tips" - daily email messages: These are short and sweet, intended to inspire and motivate balance, self-care, and wellness. When something new is added to the site, a link to the new information will be included in the email. 2.) Wellness web site: On this site you will find regular updates, tools, and tips for making the most of the energy within yourself. As concepts and tools are used in a coaching session, they will be posted to the website for the benefit of all. This way, you can benefit from coaching either directly in your sessions or indirectly as you read the new articles on the web site. Explore the five sections of the site: 3.)
