I just wanted to say that I thought our last session was
very helpful. I have learned that success is every minute I live. It's the process of living. I have been working more peacefully and more effectively ever since we talked. Whenever I can get more done and feel more relaxed at the same time, it is good for me and for my work (which is really an expression of my passion). Before I worked with you, Kelly, I was close to burning out. The tension and pressure behind my passion was threatening my wellness and my productivity. Now, with your concept of "inhale / exhale" I am keeping a better rhythm to my life. After working with Kelly, I’ve found the skills to assess my sometimes overwhelming schedule, do a reality check, and then bring my life back in balance.
